HEALING

Sentient Fitness in its self, is a path called forth in the direction of healing. In our efforts to heal our emotional and mental wounds we’re also tasked with bringing our physical bodies to an active, youthful level. Taking the time and patience to heal our physical bodies more intelligently with love and care increases those sense within us. The sense of care, patience, gentleness and so forth, represent healing.
